No, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend that you set up a ZZ Mall account to enjoy benefits such as storing your personal details for faster checkout, easily accessing your order history, and being the first to hear about new collections and announcements.

If a size is not available, you will not be able to add it to your bag. Additionally, if you select a size that is currently unavailable, you will be given the option to be notified via email when it is back in stock. However, we cannot guarantee that the item will become available again. If it does, we will be sure to alert you.

Please be aware that if an item is in your shopping bag, it is not reserved and can still be sold.

The payment methods available vary based on the shipping country. They will be displayed during the checkout process.

Orders are processed during the working week (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed and approved. Please note that orders may take 1-3 business days to be reviewed during busy times such as the holiday period. This may delay the processing time.

In order to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. Because of this, we are unable to make adjustments to items or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate cancellation/alteration requests.

For orders shipped within the U.S. (excluding all U.S. territories), we are currently offering the following shipping options. Please note that orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

FedEx Ground (standard orders)- Orders are delivered 1-7 business days after being shipped.
 

• Orders under $75: $6.95
• Orders $75 and higher: Free Shipping

Please note that order subtotals are based on order amount before shipping and taxes are applied.

ZZ Mall allows you to add multiple products to your shopping bag. When you purchase multiple products from different brands (Arezzo and Anacapri), your products will be shipped in the same package.

• -The return or exchange must be requested within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
• -After receiving the return label from our customer service team, you will have 15 days to send the shoes back.
• -Items purchased as part of 24-hour promotions are eligible for exchange but are limited to sizes within selected styles. Additionally, the selected styles must have been included in the original promotion.
• -Return or exchange requests for damaged items can be made within ninety (90) days of the delivery date.
• -If an item is damaged, the customer must send pictures of the item to the customer service team so that the damage can be analyzed. 
• -Exchanges can be processed for all items that have the same value as the returned item when the request is made. If the style is no longer available, ZZ Mall will issue a refund instead.
• -Products can be exchanged for different sizes despite price changes if the item is the same style and color as the original.
• -International orders are not eligible for exchange.
• -All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
• -Due to payment provider rules, refunds will be processed within 60 days of the purchase date. 
• -Unless the return is initiated because of a manufacturing defect or fault on part of Arezzo or Anacapri, the shipping charges are non-refundable. 
• -Refunds will be processed 7-15 days after products have been returned to our warehouse.
• -Exchange orders will be placed within 7-15 days after the products have been returned to our warehouse. Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
• -Only unworn items can be returned or exchanged. In order to qualify for this, the shoes must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all the original tags attached to them.
• -For orders below $75 to be approved for return, a return shipping fee of $8 will be charged, and deducted from your refund. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Defective items and incorrect orders can be returned through return requests to our customer care team. The return request must contain an explanation and clear images of the defective/incorrect item. Images should include clear views of the damage (if applicable), overall shoe, soles, and label that is located on the side of the Arezzo or Anacapri shoe box.

• -The lower priced item must have the same characteristics as the purchased item, i.e., the same item, color, and size.
  
• -Links of the lower priced item should be submitted. Please note that screenshots will not be considered.
• -The lower priced item must be available (in stock) at the time of verification by our customer service team.
• -We do not apply discounts and promotions that are specific to other websites.
• -The difference in price will be returned through a discount code that will expire 30 days after it is received. If applicable, it will be generated within 5 business days of the request.
• -No refunds will be processed for price adjustments.

While we cannot guarantee that we will have the strap for your specific shoe available, we will certainly do our best to locate a replacement for you. Please contact us with the details of your shoe style and color, and we will attempt to obtain a replacement for you as soon as possible. 

Yes! Because we know that you will love your new shoes as much as we do, we provide a dust bag with each pair. If, for some reason, yours was missing from your order, please let us know so that we can try to obtain one for you.
